The darkest dark chocolate wrapped in a fabulous varietal character that melts on the tongue like heavenly manna, only to be unexpectedly hit by the crunch of late summer sour cherries. Straight from the Cinege vineyard, with beautifully ripe tannins, and notes reflecting ageing in large casks and some barriques (done judiciously).
