Still fresh, but at the same time with a nice aged character. Beautiful nose, well-aged character with apple and citrus aromas on the palate. The bubbles melt on the palate like tiny creamy sparkles. Thanks to the lively acids, every sip is lively. Food pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, it also goes well with Sunday breakfasts and poultry dishes.
