Individually selected and continuously picked Furmint aszú berries were used and soaked in fermenting Hárslevelű must for at least 36 hours to extract the sugars, acids, and aromas, achieving a surprising balance of sugar, acidity and alcohol. After soaking, the wine was fermented and matured in Hungarian oak barrels of 500 litres for about 3 years.
