Haraszthy Sauvignon Blanc Fine Dining Selection 2024

A pale green wine with yellowish reflections. The nose is fresh and varietally expressive, with lively aromas of white flowers, citrus, and a hint of nettle. On the palate, the acidity is intense and the wine is long and persistent, with fruit and vegetable notes. Ideal with poultry dishes with creamy sauces and dishes flavoured with tarragon, dill, parsley and mint. It pairs well with goat’s cheese and feta, and also complements Thai, Greek and Mexican cuisine.
