Sourced from the Öreghegy vineyard, this Pinot Noir reflects meticulous craftsmanship. The carefully selected grapes were destemmed, followed by two days of cold maceration. Gentle punch-down extraction, using only free-run juice – no pressing. Aged for one year in Hungarian and French oak, the result is an elegant, complex expression of this noble variety. With remarkable depth, refined structure and excellent ageing potential, this classic Pinot Noir promises a long, graceful evolution in the bottle.
